BOOKING POLICY
Purchase of a gift certificate does not guarantee an immediate appointment.
Certificates may be applied toward any offered service; but are not transferrable to another client. Gift certificates are nonrefundable.
Appointments made using a gift certificate are subject to our normal cancellation terms, as outlined in our cancellation policy below.
We understand how important it is that each client is matched with a massage therapist who is best able to accommodate their specific needs. If any portion of our policy above may pose a problem for you or for the recipient of the certificate, we understand we may not be the best fit for you.
For those in agreement with our policy terms above, we look forward to helping you relax, rejuvenate, and encourage you on the path to healing.

CANCELLATIONS
General Booking Policy: At Healing Essence Spa, we value your time and the time of our providers. In order to ensure availability and maintain the highest level of service, we have implemented the following reservation policy.
First-Time Appointments: A non-refundable deposit is required for all first-time clients to secure an appointment time.
Deposits:
• Are applied toward your service total
• Must be paid within 2 hours of receiving the payment link (or by 12:00 PM the next business day for after-hours bookings)
• Secure your appointment timeAppointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations: We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If cancelled within the appropriate timeframe, the deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made under 3 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy: Clients who no-show may be required to prepay deposits for future bookings if administration approves rescheduling.
Your therapist has reserved their valuable time for you, whether you attend that appointment or not.
We ask that you keep in mind that you are booking a professional service with someone whose time is limited, and missing an appointments is detrimental not only to your therapist, but also to other clients who might have happily filled that appointment slot.
