About Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapy that uses very light touch around the head, spine and sacrum to work with the craniosacral system and the natural rhythm and flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Specific techniques may be used to address restrictions and encourage a more balanced, unrestricted fluid rhythm throughout the system.
Although the touch is subtle, the work can be deeply restorative. By helping the nervous system settle and addressing patterns of tension and restriction, Craniosacral Therapy supports the body's natural restorative and healing processes.
This therapy can also be especially meaningful for people who feel they continue to carry the effects of prolonged stress, difficult experiences or trauma in their bodies, allowing patterns of tension to soften and release without force.

What to Expect
You'll rest comfortably on the massage table, fully clothed or draped, while gentle, light touch is used on the head, neck, spine and sacrum. The touch is very light, allowing your body to relax deeply and respond at its own pace.
Many clients feel a deep sense of calm during and after the session. Each session is tailored to your needs, and your comfort is always our priority.
