Cupping Therapy
RELEASE TENSION. RESTORE BALANCE.
About Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses specially designed cups to create a gentle suction on the skin. This suction lifts the skin and underlying tissues, increasing circulation to the area and helping to release muscle tightness, tension and restriction.
Cupping can be performed with the cups left in place or moved across the skin, depending on your individual needs and treatment goals. It is often used to support muscle recovery, reduce tension and promote improved mobility and overall well-being.

What to Expect
Your therapist will place cups on specific areas to create gentle suction. You may feel a pulling sensation and deep relaxation as the cups work to lift the skin and underlying
tissues. Cups may be left in place or moved across the skin using massage techniques, depending on your treatment plan.
Cupping can leave temporary circular red, pink or purple marks where the cups were placed. This is a normal response to the suction and generally fades within a few days to a week.
You may also notice mild tenderness in the treated areas, similar to a deep tissue massage. Most clients describe the experience as relaxing and report feeling looser, more mobile and less tense afterward.
