About Youth Therapeutic Massage
Gentle, individualized massage for infants, children and teens (ages 0-17).
Children's Massage is thoughtfully adapted to your child's age, comfort level and individual needs. Sessions may include gentle massage to help with relaxation, everyday muscle tension, soreness, growing pains, sports-related discomfort or areas where your child is experiencing discomfort.
We take our time and allow your child to become comfortable with the experience. A parent or guardian accompanies the child during the session.

What to Expect
Every child is different, so every session is different. We begin by talking with the parent or guardian and, when age appropriate, the child about any areas of discomfort, activities, injuries, or concerns.
Pressure, positioning and the amount of massage performed are adjusted to the child's age, size and comfort level. Younger children may need a shorter or more flexible session, while older children and teens may benefit from more focused work for muscle tension, growing pains, sports activities or everyday aches.
