Red Light Therapy
REJUVENATE. RECOVER. RESTORE.
NATURAL SUPPORT FOR A HEALTHIER YOU.
About Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation (PBM),
uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support the body's natural ability to repair, restore and perform at its best. The light energy is absorbed by the cells, helping to improve cellular function, reduce inflammation and support overall wellness.
Our spa uses medical grade strength red light therapy panels that deliver powerful, consistent light at therapeutic wavelengths for full-body exposure.
During your session, you simply relax while your body is surrounded by red and near-infrared light. The treatment is noninvasive, painless and deeply relaxing.
